I am a hobbyist photographer on a journey to raise my photography skills to the next level. Living in Colorado, many of my pictures display the natural beauty of Rocky Mountain flora and fauna. More recently I've begun to branch out into other subject areas, so you never can tell what my next picture will be.
I currently use a Pentax K-7 Digital SLR with a variety of lenses: Pentax DA 15mm Limited, Pentax DA 18-35mm, Pentax DA 35mm Macro Limited, Pentax FA 77mm Limited, Pentax DA*300mm, and Tamron 70-300mm Di LD. I have also used a Pentax K-10 DSLR, an Olympus CZ-2100UZ digital camera, Olympus OM-1 film SLR, and Minolta XG-1 film SLR, as well as various compact film cameras. I also have a couple of telescopes that I have occasionally used for astrophotograpy: a Celestron C-8 Deluxe and a Celestron Eagle Optics 80mm Short Tube.
